Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Smaller projects are welcome when the scope, location and scheduling make the service visit practical. Grouping several items together is often the best value.
Who purchases materials?
We can purchase the main construction materials. You may choose finish items such as tile, vanity, bathtub and fixtures yourself, or ask us for guidance.
Do renovations require permits?
Requirements depend on the work and municipality. Finish and fixture replacements may be exempt; moving plumbing, electrical systems or walls can require permits. We clarify the scope before work begins.
Do you work with strata properties?
Yes. We coordinate the scope with the owner’s strata approval process and provide relevant project information where required.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Send the project details and photos, and we will respond within one business day with the next steps.
What warranty do you provide?
Budova provides a two-year workmanship warranty on completed work.
